Terms of Service

These terms apply when you access or use COOPA, a cooperative management service provided by Topmost Flourish Ventures.

Last updated: 25 September 2026

1. Using COOPA

You must provide accurate information and use COOPA only for lawful cooperative administration. A cooperative administrator confirms that they are authorised to create the cooperative account, add members and manage its records.

2. Accounts and security

Keep your phone number, PIN and recovery code private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell your cooperative administrator promptly if access details may have been exposed. Administrators are responsible for assigning suitable roles and removing access when a member or administrator leaves.

3. Cooperative records

Administrators control the records they enter, including contributions, loans, repayments, corrections and opening balances. COOPA helps organise and calculate those records but does not verify that every entry reflects money received or owed. Each cooperative remains responsible for checking its records and following its own rules and applicable law.

4. Subscriptions and payment

New cooperatives receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the Growth plan costs ₦150 per active member for 30 days. The amount shown at payment is based on the current active-member count. Payment may be made through Paystack or an available bank-transfer option. Access for administrators may be limited after the subscription expires.

5. Loans and financial services

COOPA is record-management software. Topmost Flourish Ventures does not hold members' cooperative savings, approve loans on a cooperative's behalf, set a cooperative's loan terms or provide banking services. Each cooperative is responsible for its financial decisions, cash handling and regulatory obligations.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse COOPA, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person or use another person's access details. We may restrict access where needed to protect users, comply with law, address non-payment or investigate misuse.

7. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep COOPA available and accurate, but interruptions or errors may occur. Keep appropriate independent records and review important figures before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, Topmost Flourish Ventures is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate entries, cooperative decisions, unavailable third-party services or unauthorised use of login details.

8. Ending use and changes

You may stop using COOPA. Paid access continues until its expiry unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Refund Policy. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
